Studio 9: Jim Ingram Community Leadership Institute | Community [Video]

TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) – WTVA’s Tanya Carter and Tupelo Police’s John Quaka are classmates in this year’s Jim Ingram Community Leadership Institute.

The CLI is a two-year program designed to develop community leadership skills to enhance personal and professional growth.
