This SIMPLE Youtube Funnel made $1.1m (steal it from me) [Video]

Welcome if you’re new to the channel, my name’s Alex and I founded Scholar Systems where I partner 1:1 with coaches. I also run my own multi 7-figure coaching company (Catalyst Holdings) with my partners @imdylanwilson & @NoahKent . Below I’ve jotted my story as an entrepreneur, feel free to verify with Google.

✪ 2019 – 2020: Working as a dishwasher and busboy depressed while lacking purpose.

✪ 2021: Spent all my savings on a SMMA course, which was shut down roughly a week after I bought it.
With my back against the wall, I managed to land my first client (Qera Marketing – an SEO agency) running and managing an appointment setting team.

✪ 2022: After working with that client and onboarding a few more revenue share deals, I managed to scale to $25k/month. However I was working 12 hours a day just to keep up, wasn’t able to scale, and felt misaligned while hating my life again.

✪ 2023: I met my now business partner @imdylanwilson and we started our first coaching company Relentless Success Club, which eventually scaled to $100k/month. In between scaling that company, we also started and scaled a Mortgage Marketing Agency to $36k/month which is all documented on his channel.

✪ 2024: After exiting that company, we then merged our coaching business to https://Catalystholdings.io, which is what we run today.

✪ Today: Catalyst does $2-3M/yearly working with B2B companies in our portfolio that does over $10M/yearly. As apart of that portfolio, I partner directly with coaching companies to scale to multi 7 figures and beyond.
