National Grid Customer Assistance Event for Rome Residents Impacted by Tornado Next Week | Focus Economy [Video]

ROME, N.Y. — National Grid is hosting a customer assistance event in Rome on Aug. 14 to support customers impacted by last month’s tornado.

During the event, National Grid’s customer service representatives will be on hand to review accounts and discuss bill management solutions.

The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Jervis Public Library, located at 613 North Washington St.

This initiative allows customers to engage in discussions, ask questions, explore affordability options, discover energy-saving opportunities and assess their eligibility for National Grid’s emergency assistance programs.
