Hurricane Debby is stalling off the Georgia and Carolina coasts as a tropical storm for several days. The area could see potentially deadly rainfall totals.
Hurricane Debby made landfall as a category 1 storm on Aug. 5, 2024, striking the Big Bend region of Florida.
