ESTIMATES for a tunnel in Malaga to slash traffic along the Paseo de los Curas and Muelle Heredia have been calculated at €324 million.
A preliminary project study ordered in 2022 from consulting firm Esyeco has a construction figure for nearly €283 million-with two separate tunnels serving traffic in each direction.
Surface work costing €41 million would create pedestrian space of around 100,000 m2 allowing a link between the city centre and port.
