Family of missing woman hopes AI will generate new leads in case [Video]

SAN ANTONIO — The voice of Pauline Diaz has been brought back to life through the use of AI technology. 

Diaz went missing from a southeast side H-E-B back in December of 2010.

Her family is still searching for her and now, they are using new technology to help find her.

“Hello my name is Pauline Cantu Diaz, and I have been missing for 13 long years,” said the AI generated image of Pauline Diaz.

On Wednesday, Pauline would have celebrated her 78th birthday. Even though she has been missing 13 long years, her family hasn’t given up hope of finding her.
