Midland’s water billing system back online [Video]

MIDLAND, Texas — UPDATE:

At 10:25 a.m., The City of Midland confirmed that the water billing system is now functioning correctly.

The City of Midland’s online water billing platform is currently experiencing a service interruption as of this morning, July 19, acording to a press release from the City of Midland. 

This disruption has also affected the phone payment system for customers. 

Officials have advised that those who need to settle their bills can visit the customer service office at 1030 Andrews Highway, Suite 220, or the Midland City Hall at 300 N. Loraine Street. 

It was also added that customers will not incur any late charges due to this outage.
