Breaking Ground for a Better Belleville [Video]

BELLEVILLE, Ill. — The City of Belleville’s Infill Development Program aims to promote homeownership and revitalize established neighborhoods by selling vacant lots to new homeowners.

They are breaking ground for a better Belleville on Queensway Drive.

“We’re at 24 Queensway and this is one of the first infill projects that we sold. This is going to be a beautiful three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home. Just a hair over $225,000, exciting young family coming in here who will have a fantastic home when this is done,” says Rick Swain the Vice President of Sales at C.A Jones. 

For over 25 years, C.A. Jones has been building modern single-family homes in the Metro East, and they teamed up with Mayor Patty Gregory and the City of Belleville for this new project.
