‘Treats you like you’re trying to steal,’ blasts Kroger shopper – self-checkout and even music is ‘worse than Walmart’ [Video]

A SHOPPER has slammed Kroger for not catering to the customer as well as other supermarkets.

The customer said they felt like Kroger’s self-checkout was out to get them, and ditched the retailer for Walmart.

The shopper took to X, (formerly known as Twitter.) to explain how bad it had gotten for them at the store.

The customer detailed how they continued to find things that upset them throughout the store, from self-checkout to their general treatment.

“I think that company looks for more ways to annoy their customers. The shelf checkout treats you like you’re trying to steal from them and WTF is with the music it plays while the receipt is printing?!”

Shoppers have been very open about their issues with the store’s anti-theft policies in recent months.
