TULSA, Okla. — Resolute is a small PR agency in downtown Tulsa being nationally recognized.

Nicole Morgan, the founder and CEO of Resolute, started the business because she wanted to balance having a career and being a mom.

Her team is excited to be recognized because it reflects positively on how well they work together as a whole.

“I think this for us is incredibly validating to see and the thing about the award is, you don’t get an award like that because you’re a good boss, it’s really about the team,” said Morgan.

Morgan started the agency 10 years ago.
