The City of Toronto is pleased to announce that Fred Victor has been selected as the housing and support services provider at 90 Dunn Ave. (formerly 150 Dunn Ave.) For more details, please see the January 2024 Community Update.
In response to the number of people actively experiencing homelessness in Toronto and the urgent need for housing, the City, in partnership with all orders of government, the University Health Network (UHN) Gattuso Centre for Social Medicine and the United Way of Greater Toronto (UWGT), is building modular supportive housing at the parking lot located at 90 Dunn Avenue.
This new four-storey modular building will provide homes for approximately 51 people and support their health and well-being. The new homes will include studio apartments with a bathroom and a kitchen, shared laundry, a commercial kitchen, a dining area, a communal area, and a programming space.
