1. Council Committee Meetings: Three council committees meet today. The Economic Development and Transportation and Environment committees hold a join work session today at 9:30 a.m.
The Planning, Housing and Parks committee meets at 1:30 p.m. for a work session on the Growth Tiers Map, attainable housing, and a zoning text amendment to allow overnight stays in the Ag Reserve.
The Transportation and Environment committee also meets at 1:30 p.m. to be briefed on the recently approved WMATA budget and its impacts on the county. Find the staff report here.
