CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — As we approach Veterans Day, the community gathered at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds on Thursday for the fourth annual Coastal Bend Field of Honor Ceremony.
The event is held each year to recognize the bravery and dedication of our service members.
Flour Bluff High School’s NJROTC performed alongside the Veterans Band while 1,000 flags were placed in the shape of a cross, signaling to active military and veterans the community’s appreciation for their sacrifices.
