DMG Media Ireland has selected 40 brilliant young minds in the Irish advertising industry as part of the 40 Under 40 series.

Kieran Lynch – Essencemediacom

Kieran Lynch started his career in 2014 with Wavemaker as an intern working across a mix of accounts before eventually leading the Paramount Pictures account.

In 2017, Lynch then moved on to Starcom, part of Core, where he completed the Ritson MBA in marketing.

Then in 2021, he moved to dentsu to return to the Heineken account before eventually moving back to the GroupM family in 2023.

In his 10-year career, he has worked across a mix of global and local brands such as Sky, Heineken Ireland, ESB, AIB, An Post, Paramount Pictures, EA Games, Weir & Sons and Kraft Heinz.
