Development company Urbex has sold 42 out of 43 lots in the final stage of sales for Capestone: a master-planned community in Mango Hill.
Urbex has sold more than 2,000 homes over 22 stages since work on the 300 hectare project began back in 2003.
Now, one lot remains available to purchase, before Capestone’s decade-spanning sale campaign will have ended.
Sitting between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Capestone features a 12.8 hectare lake, an array of parklands, playgrounds and walking paths, along with its own shopping centre at the centre of the community.
