2-year-old child found unresponsive after wandering away from Logan County home [Video]

The search intensified with the help of community members, Logan County Search and Rescue and Emergency management. Investigators discovered the child unresponsive in a small body of water.

“People automatically think that this pregnant woman is just sitting in some dark alley with needles hanging out of her arm, and instead of wanting to walk through the door,” said Director of Outpatient Services with JourneyPure’s Family Organization Regard Recovery, Nicolas Chirinos.

The 28-year-old was recently arrested by BGPD on June 24, 2024, accused of kidnapping. White was released on bond following that incident.
