(NewsNation) — What happens in the voting booth stays in the voting booth, a new Harris campaign ad reminds women. Meanwhile, a new survey found that people lie to loved ones about who they vote for.

Half of Gen Z voters and a quarter of U.S. voters have lied about their voting selections, a survey from The Harris Poll found.

The Harris Poll, unaffiliated with the Kamala Harris campaign, is a global consulting and market research firm.

According to that same poll, conducted in partnership with Axios, 33% responded saying political differences have created distance in their families.
